Approximately 30,000 Men Reverse Their Vasectomy Each Year
If you've made the choice to book your vasectomy, you may want to preserve your sperm for peace of mind. Our annual storage options enable you and your partner flexibility to store until you're fully sure. Reversal surgery is always an option, but at-home sperm collection and preservation has an easier recovery (as in no recovery time).

Why Freeze Your Sperm with CryoChoice?
We're proudly the first at-home sperm collection kit and we've stored nearly double the amount of sperm as the other companies in this space. Our dedication to safe and secure storage and helping families have successful inseminations is what has kept us thriving for over 20 years. Our flexible storage options enable you to store for one or many years, however long as you need.
Storing Before Your Vasectomy
What happens if I decide I no longer want to store my sperm?
Simply notify us through email or over the phone that you're ready to terminate your account. You'll need to do this 60 days before your renewal. We require a notarized form terminating your account since it's your biological material at a FDA regulated lab. Once we receive that form, your account will be terminated.
When is the fastest that I can get a collection kit?
We can offer kits next day Monday - Friday and they can be sent in to our lab Monday - Thursdays.
What is your return policy?
Unused Kits– Within fifteen (15) days from purchase and before your sample has been processed, you may request a refund. All monies paid will be refunded minus a $75 Kit Fee (per kit) and shipping charges.
How much sperm should I store?
All samples are stored in 1.5mL vials. The number of vials per sample depends on the amount of sperm produced in the sample. The average is around 2-3 vials. Most fertility procedures use between 1-3 vials per fertility attempt, and it could take multiple attempts to produce a pregnancy. Multiple samples are generally chosen by our clients to optimize their chances of parenthood. Multiple kit discounts are available.
