A fee of $595 covers your entire first year's cost for one sample kit.
This fee includes your first year's storage!
- A discount is offered for those who submit more than one sample kit, which is generally recommended.
- For an additional $100 per sample kit, enhanced sperm analysis is performed. In addition to the standard measurement of sperm count and motility, sperm morphology is also analyzed. Morphology is a factor considered by Fertility Specialists in determining the type of artificial insemination most appropriate.
- Annual Storage fee only $149/kit, starting in year two.
